Deleting Your TripWyz Account

We're sorry to see you go, but if you've made the decision to delete your TripWyz account, we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.

Important Notes:

Data Deletion:

  • Deleting your account will permanently erase all associated data, including itineraries and preferences. This action is irreversible.

In-App Content:

  • Content created within the app, such as itineraries and saved accommodations, will be lost.

Delete Account Steps:

Please send a mail to admin@tripwyz.ai, with your username/email/social-login used for signing up.

Confirmation:

  • Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion. The process may take a few days to complete.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion process is finalized.
